Who wants the truth? I didn’t think that anyone was going to guess it, but lowandbhold got it right! Truth: I have really neat handwriting.
It was really fun to read the guesses, and even though I made up the lies (each one had an element of truth to it), it was funny to see you guys guess them!
I made Caitlin’s frittata cupcakes for dinner tonight. I combined 4 eggs, 1/4 cup 2% milk, 1/2 cup 2% mozzarella cheese, 1/2 of a sauteed red pepper & 1/2 of a green pepper, and salt + pepper. I poured the mixture into 6 greased cupcake tins and baked it at 350* for 40 minutes.
The frittata cupcakes are really cute and would be perfect for a brunch. I’ll probably reheat a couple for breakfast tomorrow, too. 
On the side, I had Trader Joe’s roasted potatoes with onions and peppers. I heated the potatoes and the other 1/2 of the red and green peppers in a pan for about 10 minutes.

1. I have very messy handwriting. It’s gotten progressively worse over the years and I can barely form letters. I can type really fast though!
2. I played rugby in college.
3. I don’t have any tattoos but I had my nose pierced for 4 years or so.

I’m the same way w/ piano- I used to have lessons on Saturday at 2, and you better believe that an hour before, I was scrambling to practice and do my homework. Definitely wasted my parent’s money on that one.

1. I have OCD tendencies and have a mental checklist of things that MUST be done before leaving the house or my classroom. The thought of those things not being done brings me a lot of (unnecessary) anxiety!!
2. My aunt is 8 years older than me and 18 years younger than my mom. Weird that she and I are much closer in age than they are being sisters!
3. I was born and raised in Atlanta. (Not that exciting, but I can’t think of anything else!)
